Brain Health Coaching
Are you suffering from debilitating anxiety or depression? Do you feel stuck? Does it feel like your medications aren't helping? Do you have trouble maintaining focus?
These are all symptoms of poor brain health. When your brain is functioning optimally, your overall well-being is greatly improved, your perspective is clearer and your goals seem more attainable.
Brain Health Coaching is designed for individuals seeking to optimize cognitive performance, improve emotional regulation, and preserve neurological health across the lifespan. This program combines neuroscience-informed strategy with practical lifestyle implementation. We work together to create a personalized plan that supports sleep, stress management, movement, nutrition, executive functioning, and sustainable daily habits. Whether your goal is sharper focus, improved memory, increased energy, mood stabilization, or preventative brain care, your plan is tailored to your individual history, strengths, and challenges.

Program Structure
Brain Health Coaching is structured as a focused, short-term process rather than open-ended support. The program begins with a comprehensive 1.5–2 hour evaluation to assess cognitive patterns, lifestyle factors, stress response, sleep habits, and overall brain health. Most clients then complete four to six 60-minute follow-up sessions focused on implementation and progress.
Each client receives a personalized roadmap and a take-home maintenance guide to support long-term consistency. When appropriate, a spouse or parent may be included in one session to ensure alignment and support at home. The goal is not just education — it is sustainable behavioral change.
Initial Comprehensive Evaluation
During the initial evaluation, we review presenting concerns, medical and developmental history, sleep patterns, appetite and energy regulation, stress response, and executive functioning demands. From this assessment, we identify patterns and create a customized strategy to support improved cognitive and emotional functioning. When clinically appropriate, additional testing or brain mapping may be recommended.
Personalized Brain Health Plan
Your individualized plan may include structured sleep strategies, movement recommendations, nutritional guidance, stress regulation tools, routine-building frameworks, and supplement recommendations when appropriate. The emphasis is clarity, practicality, and long-term sustainability.
Family Integration
Because brain health is influenced by environment, one session may include a spouse or parent to review the plan and strengthen consistency within the home.
