How Neurofeedback Works

Neurofeedback is like a gym for your brain. Just as you can train your body to become stronger and more flexible, you can also train your brain to function at its best.

How Does Neurofeedback Work?

Here's a simple breakdown:

  1. Sensors: We place harmless sensors on your scalp to measure your brain's electrical activity, known as brainwaves.

  2. Personalized Training: Our experts create a customized training plan for you based on your brainwave patterns, collected in an initial EEG. This EEG provides a brain map and a plan that targets the specific areas of your brain that need improvement.

  3. Feedback Loop: During a session, you'll participate in watching a video. Your brain's performance is continuously monitored, and when it behaves optimally, you receive positive feedback.

  4. Learning and Improvement: Over time, your brain learns to produce healthier patterns, alleviating symptoms associated with ADHD, depression, focus issues, elite athlete challenges, or brain injuries.
